Biggest 150-room hotel opens Dumaguete hotel industry makes history with the soft opening of the biggest hotel, restaurant and function hall in this capital city and the entire province with its fully furnished rooms numbering l50 in eight floors. HOTEL ESSENCIA is owned by Kingrein Hui and managed by his son, Kenneth, of Tops and Bottoms fame.
