  1. Get accupuncture sessions from Dr. Fe Wale at Silliman Church or at the Foundation University clinic.
  2. Day trip at Antulang Beach Resort or Kookoo's Nest in Siaton.
  3. Visit Lake Balanan in Siaton
  4. Snorkel/Scuba diva at Apo Island (Jump-off Point: Malatapay, Zamboanguita)
  5. Sleep over at Azalea Restaurant & Casitas in the town of San Jose, and then hike to the Balinsasayao Twin Lakes for kayaking.
  6. Take a brisk walk along the Dumaguete Boulevard early morning or at dusk.
  7. Scale Canlaon Volcano from Canlaon City.

In Barangay Mambulod in La Libertad, Negros Oriental there exists very unique caves. Different from all the other caves I have encountered because of the smooth, marble like texture of its caverns. Have a great day eveyone!
