Another Cebu-based property developer may be coming to Dumaguete in 2013 (this on top of Aldea Homes, a Deca Homes subsidiary; Villa Vista Heights; Sen. John Osmena's SSMC; and the Lhuillier properties at Rizal Blvd.). Primary Homes Inc., launched Royal Palms Panglao this year, its first venture outside Cebu and is looking to expand to other areas in the region including this city.
