South Sea Medical City
Another big investment comes to Dumaguete! This resort/residential/medical complex will replace the old South Sea Resort in Brgy. Bantayan, a project that aims to capture a largely untapped market -- retirees from the US, Europe and East Asia and wealthy overseas Filipinos who have settled in Negros Oriental and nearby islands.
