       Vida Homes is a condominium resort complex under construction in the town of Dauin, around 15 minutes south of the city. The 38-unit project is marketed towards the growing expat community in the Dumaguete area which is home to some of the most sought-after dive sites in the Philippines. The amenities include a fitness center, infinity pool, bar/gazebo & a lounge and is located right next to Pura Vida and El Dorado resorts -- both of which have scuba-diving facilities, restaurants and spas.
