HOTEL ESSENCIA The Biggest Hotel in Negros

Biggest 150-room hotel opens Dumaguete hotel industry makes history with the soft opening of the biggest hotel, restaurant and function hall in this capital city and the entire province with its fully furnished rooms numbering l50 in eight floors. HOTEL ESSENCIA is owned by Kingrein Hui and managed by his son, Kenneth, of Tops and Bottoms fame. Fully-Chinese ambience, the hotel has its initial 75 rooms now fully operational in three floors, plus a full floor of giant function rooms which are easily collapsible into three sets. A full Chinese restaurant reportedly managed by Alex Roleda will also be open soon. A full spa and its entire works with Chinese methodologies from the mainland will also be operational. Humble and unassuming owner Kingrein Hui, of full Chinese descent, admits this is his first venture in the hotel business as he has run Tops and Bottoms successfully for over a decade. Applied Balance Media Call center BPO at JOE Bldg

The newest BPO company in Dgte: Applied Balance Media at JOE Bldg., Calindagan The people at the lower right I believe are some of the pioneering employees; they still need more. Although narrow, the bldg is quite long and can comfortably fit 75+ employees per shift (potentially 200+ employees if and when the space is maximized).
